Your keepsake is designed in a horizontal 3×2 format.

To ensure your photo fits and looks its best:

• Choose a horizontal (wide) photo when possible
• Or use a photo with a little space around people (not zoomed in too close)
• Keep faces away from the edges
• Use a clear, high-quality image (not blurry or zoomed in)

🚫 Photos that may not work:
• Close-up selfies or tightly zoomed-in faces
• Images where heads or people are near the edges

If a photo does not fit the 3×2 format, we'll reach out to help you choose the best option before production.

We personally review every photo before production. If anything looks off, we'll reach out to make sure your keepsake turns out just right.
